Job Description

Our Senior Program Management Consultants are responsible for leading large, complex SDLC IT programs as a member of a Professional Services Team. This role primarily focuses on establishing a program management office and managing overall programs and project portfolios as a part of large-scale, complex, multi-year, multi-million dollar enterprise wide application deployments. Typical activities include performing analysis and reporting of program-level information, creation and delivery of executive level communications, and proactively driving recommendations to improve overall program performance.

Requirements

This role requires very strong analytical and facilitation skills coupled with the flexibility to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced client environments. Our typical consultants have an average of 15+ years and a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on program management experience. PMP or PgMP certification and prior external consulting experience are preferred. Working knowledge of Emerging Technologies such as Big Data, Mobile Apps, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Web Services, Virtualization, etc. Hands on experience with Agile, Scrum or related methodologies required. CSM or PSM certification is a strong plus.
