Our Principal

Nancy A. Williams – CEO of ASAP Solutions Group

Early in her career, Nancy held key positions with Technology companies including IBM, Unisys and Comforce performing roles in large account and branch management. In 1995, Nancy partnered with Roz Alford at ASAP and leveraged her expertise in business development related to the Technology industry to promote significant expansion of the company. She provides leadership and direction to the four business units (Staffing, Consulting, Workforce Compliance and Managed Services) to ensure continued and sustained growth. Her focus is on developing and implementing business development strategies that are client-centric. Under her guidance, ASAP has opened branch offices in New Jersey/New York, Chicago, Dallas and Hyderabad, India providing staffing and consulting services in 46 states.

Nancy actively supports community organizations including the C5 Youth Foundation of Georgia of which she is a Board Member and Executive Committee Officer and the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (GCAPP). She was also instrumental in the establishment of a jobs program for youth supporting Partnership Against Domestic Violence (PADV). She participates in several organizations that promote women-owned businesses including: Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) where she is a founding member, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Technology Associations of Georgia (TAG) and the Greater Women’s Business Council (GWBC). Nancy graduated from Georgia State University with a BBA in Computer Systems.

Our Executive Team

James E. Mallard – Chief Operating Officer of ASAP Solutions Group

James is responsible for the global leadership of recruiting and delivery operations, along with responsibilities for immigrations, technology, legal, sales, marketing, and strategy for ASAP Solutions. ASAP is a certified women-owned technology solutions and staffing company that provides industry leading staffing and managed services for functions such as; Call & Support Centers, Talent Management, Procurement, Vendor Management (VMS), Supply Chain, and various Finance & Accounting areas. He has over 35 years of global experience with a fortune 50 company where he was the global Controller & Chief Procurement Officer responsible for over $20 billion in annual spend. He's a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and was on the board and executive committee for the National Minority Supplier Development Council. He was awarded Father of the Year by the American Diabetes Association and is actively involved in several other non-profit organizations. James has a BA in Accounting from Jackson State University along with continuing education at Nova Southeastern University

Jamie David Ellwanger – Vice President of Operations for ASAP Solutions Group

Jamie started in the IT Staffing and Consulting industry with ASAP Solutions Group as an IT Recruiter over 12 years ago. He worked his way through progressively responsible positions to his current position as the VP of Operations. Jamie specializes in building robust teams domestically and internationally while optimizing IT Staffing to maximize both client satisfaction and business profitability. These team’s strengths are partnering with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders, and HR Business Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics while managing a candidate - centric aligned recruiting team. Jamie prides himself on a hands-on approach to leadership and architecting industry leading business solutions. Jamie received a B.B.A in Marketing from The University of North Georgia.

Jeffrey M. Jackson – Vice President of Information Technology and Facilities for ASAP Solutions Group

In his role on the ASAP Team, Jeffrey is responsible for leading and directing the company’s Information Technology and Facilities department in support of the corporate strategies. His areas of responsibility include: IT Operations, IT Security, IT Roadmap, Facilities Management, Facility Acquisition and System Improvements across the ASAP enterprise. He has strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving skills that have been honed over his more than 30 years of Information Technology and Leadership experience. Jeffrey has held progressively increasing roles within IT and Management, across multiple industries and disciplines. Jeffrey served as a computer specialist in the Armed Forces. He also held positions within a National Intelligence Agency, Thoroughbred Industry, Telecommunications Industry and Staffing Industry. Jeffrey is regarded by his peers as a smart, efficient and “Can Do” leader who can support and collaborate in even the most dynamic business environments.
